Profile

She is a UK-based Applied Psychologist and a Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS). Over the past 18 years, she has applied herself as a Self-awareness Counsellor – Fertility, Relationship & Career Counselling, Workshop Content Developer & Facilitator, Researcher, Psychology Consultant and Writer. She has worked with Fertility Patients, Singles, Professionals, Actors, Elite Athletes & Coaches, Children, NGOs, and FMCG companies.

She is a Fertility Counsellor for women undergoing Fertility Treatment and regularly conducts workshops to get fertility patients ready for treatment.

She has developed Course Content on Self-Awareness for Bachelor of Arts (BA) Acting and Filmmaking Students for Whistling Woods International. She has also been an external examiner for these students to assess the effectiveness of the programme.

She has successfully assisted over 200 singles on their matrimonial journeys, with numerous singles finding their matches and happily married under her guidance. She was also featured on the International ZASHA (Zoroastrian Alliance of Sisters Here and Abroad) website for contributing to her Zoroastrian community through her psychological input.

In the recent past, she has published an article titled, ‘Finding meaning and balance during the pandemic’, in the Psychotherapy Section Review of the British Psychological Society.

Some prestigious project contributions were for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, UNESCO’s Parzor Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, JP Morgan & Chase, and as a market researcher for FMCG companies, such as Britannia, Godrej etc.
