Testimonial

“Alzeyne is a wonderful human being who cares and goes out of her way to help and reach out. Someone who would not let you feel alone or ignored. She is very consistent, cheerful and communicative. As a fellow psychologist, I could say one is in a safe and non-judgemental space with her. Alzeyne is unbiased, an excellent listener, and develops a rich understanding of her client.”

Personal Profile:

Alzeyne Ghadialy was born and raised in Mumbai within a Parsi Zoroastrian cultural context. She moved to the UK with her husband over a decade ago, giving her a richer understanding of the value systems across the eastern and western cultural domains.

Questioning her purpose from childhood resulted in her exposing herself to various self-discovery systems and self-development courses to understand herself better, understand others and, as a result, understand human nature.

Personal development, directed by a growth mindset, has led Alzeyne to learn different dance forms and study music theory from Trinity College of London. In addition, understanding mindfulness via Vipassana Meditation has added a valuable perspective on human existence.

When she is not working, she volunteers for different causes, such as street mural art projects, running marathons to raise funds, and spending time with street children, leprosy-stricken individuals and the visually impaired. In addition, she explores interests, such as jewellery making and wall art (has held multiple exhibitions), writing poems on human nature, cooking, gardening, walking in nature, swimming and pilates.
